Rapid CNC Machining Services

At Ucreated, we use advanced equipment to offer you a variety of CNC machining services including milling, turning, EDM, wire EDM, surface grinding and much more. Using our 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining centers, our skilled machinists can make turned and milled parts using a wide range of plastic and metal materials.

What Is CNC Machining?

CNC machining is a subtractive manufacturing process where raw material is removed with a variety of precision cutting tools to make a part or product. CNC machining is Short for Computer Numerical Control, CNC is the automation of machine tools by means of computers executing pre-programmed software dictates the movement. CNC prototyping is optimal for one-off custom parts and is available in machining virtually any block material directly according to your 3D CAD data.

Advantages Of CNC Machining

CNC machining is great to meet a range of your product development needs. Here are some of the benefits of precision machining:

· Highly accurate and repeatable

· Suitable for many various material

· Scalable volumes from small volume to batch production, from one unit to 10,000 units

· Economical manufacturing process

· Fast turnaround to save timeline

CNC Turned Parts

Turning is used for any rotationally symmetrical shape, to remove material quickly while leaving an excellent surface finish that sometimes requires no post-processing.

We use CNC turning not only to manufacture parts and prototypes but also to make mold tools

CNC Milled Parts

Milling involves holding the workpiece in a horizontally-mounted, adjustable spindle. As the workpiece rotates, various cutting tools are applied to the piece to create circular shapes and features like rings, grooves, slots, contours, radii, internal bores and threads.

How CNC Milling Works

With a 3-axis machine, the rotating tool mentioned above can translate relative to the part in the X, Y, and Z axes (thus the name), but is fixed in a vertical (or horizontal, depending on the machine) orientation. With modern CNC mills, the tool can also move in any combination of the 3 axes simultaneously.

A 5-axis machine is capable of the same movements as a 3-axis machine, but with added rotation about the X and Y axes. It is usually the bed that rotates rather than the toolhead, though both types of machines do exist.  This added rotation allows for much more freedom when machining each setup.

5-Axis CNC Milling Capabilities

A standard 5-axis machine, it refers to the number of directions in which the cutting tool can move, that after setup the cutting tool moves across the X, Y and Z linear axes and rotates on the A and B axes, simultaneous milling and machining, and with high-quality surface machined finish. This allows the complex and intricate parts or parts featuring multiple sides can be processed up to five sides of a part in a single setup. This supports design engineers to design multifaceted parts that can enhance the functionality and performance of the final product without limited process.

CNC Machining Materials

We work with various materials included ABS,PPS, PMMA,POM,PC,PET,PTFE, brass, aluminum, stainless steel, copper etc. upon your requirements.

Our project managers will consult with you on every part of your project and will seek to provide the highest degree of precision possible for efficient precision machining and correct material to you.

Rapid Tooling Service

From functional prototype, to short runs, and then production parts, we combine rapid injection molding processes with proprietary technology and an experienced team to deliver high quality injection molded parts, helping you reduce design risks and save overall production costs.

We make hard tooling (cores and cavities) from a variety of materials to suit your budget, order volume and schedule. We routinely make production-quality tools from P20,NAK80, S136 stainless and H13 semi-hardened steel for volumes up to 100,000 pieces. Specialty metals can also be ordered on request.
