Rapid Prototyping Service

At Ucreated, we use advanced equipment to offer you a variety of CNC machining services including milling, turning, EDM, wire EDM,surface grinding and much more. Our CNC machining abilities make us a great one-stop-shop for your advanceddesigns. Using our 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining centers, our skilled machinists can make turned and milled parts using a wide range of plastic and metal materials.

What Is Rapid Prototyping?

Rapid prototyping involves specializedmanufacturing techniques for making high-quality physical models of a 3D design idea.Rapid prototyping is used to create plastic and metal prototypes, whichallows your design or R&D team to simulate the final productappearance and function, and also reflecting the validity of physical dimension and the ease or complexity assembly work. Therefore it gives the space to modify and optimize design.

Rapid prototypes are often made of less expensive materials. "Rapid" is critical to the customers as they need to make a physical part quickly in order to validate a design or to capture a fleeting sales opportunity.

Advantages Of Making A Prototype

How can partnering with Ucreated to quickly manufacture a prototype help you and your business? Here are just some of the ways:

· Show your customers and investors a physical model of your product

· Demonstrate the appearance, dimensions and features of your product

· Test the market with your product before production

· Save time and money by identifying and reducing design flaws

· Improve and streamline the production process

· Create multiple versions with different colors, surface textures and finishing processes

Prototyping Services

CNC Machining

We provide a variety of precision CNC machining services that includes milling, turning and surface grinding. Whether you’re designing parts that demand high volumes or only running trials with prototypes for low-volume production, our CNC machining services are available to avail you iterative development with quick turnaround and consistency in quality. Both of these processes CNC Turning and CNC Milling are designed to achieve specific aims in manufacturing from jigs and fixtures to parts with cylindrical properties, holes, slots and grooves.

We have over 30 CNC mills, turning and EDM machines in-house for all your CNC needs. We also have a professional supply chain team to ensure your product development is smooth and fast in time.

Vacuum Casting

Polyurethane vacuum casting technology offers a wide variety of materials to facilitate the creation of cast urethane parts, typically for functional test, pre-production evaluation and low volume production. Cast urethane parts are quick and inexpensive without the need to invest any metal tooling when quantities are only dozens of short runs, and can be delivered within weeks in most instances.

3D Printing

3D printing, otherwise known as additive manufacturing, is a manufacturing process that builds a part layer by layer. A computer sends instructions to the 3D printer, which deposits or hardens the material in a preprogrammed pattern, creating layers in succession.

SLA & SLS

3D Printing is a broad term used to describe additive manufacturing which encapsulates a range of rapid prototyping technologies. Rapid prototyping with 3D printing is the quick, easy and cost-effective way to turn great ideas into successful products. These print rapid prototype parts not only can help verify a design, but also express an idea issues early in the development process and feedback directly on design fix, preventing costly changes to the hard tool once the product is in full production.
